  1. दिवाली / दीपावली हिन्दुओ का प्रमुख त्यौहार है !
  2. दिवाली को पुरे भारतवर्ष में हर साल कार्तिक अमावस्या के दिन बड़ी धूम – धाम से मनाया जाता है !
  3. यह त्यौहार भगवान राम के 14 वर्ष वनवास से लौटकर आने की खुशी में मनाया जाता है !
  4. दिवाली पर्व को धनतेरस से लेकर भायादुज तक पुरे 5 दिन तक मनाया जाता है !
  5. इस दिन लोग नए – नए कपडे पहनते है और मिठाइयाँ आदि खरीदते है !
  6. लोग शाम के समय में अपने घरो , दुकानों आदि जगह पर दिए जलाते है !
  7. दिवाली के दिन शाम को श्री गणेश , माता लक्ष्मी और माँ सरस्वती की पूजा अर्चना की जाती है !
  8. पूजा करने के बाद सभी लोग बड़ो का आशीर्वाद लेते है !
  9. इस दिन युवा और बच्चे पटाखे और फुलझड़ियाँ चलाते है !
  10. दिवाली एक ऐसा त्यौहार है जिसे सब नई उमंग और आशा के साथ बड़ी धूम – धाम से मनाते है !

  2. Diwali is celebrated with great fanfare every year on the day of Kartik Amavasya throughout India.
  3. This festival is celebrated in the joy of Lord Rama returning from exile for 14 years.
  4. Diwali is celebrated for 5 days from Dhanteras to Bhayaduj.
  5. On this day, people wear new clothes and buy sweets etc.
  6. People burn their houses, shops etc. in the evening time.
  7. On the evening of Diwali, worship of Shri Ganesh, Mother Lakshmi and Mother Saraswati is done.
  8. After worshiping all the people take blessings of the elders.
  9. On this day, youth and children fire crackers and sparklers.
  10. Diwali is a festival which is celebrated with great enthusiasm and hope.
